requirement for Machinery & Agricultural

Hello, I was wondering if there has been any insight into how the requirement for Machinery & Agricultural for the 8 persons to count toward certification as medium rescue will be for the year. As this class is not currently offered by the state sending techs to complete the class is not a option. This seems to stand to prevent departments trying to achieve the standard from doing so at lest for a year unless accommodations are made. If the class is held longer it could delay departments even longer unless they bring in new members previously certified which poses its own set of problems for many areas.
