Dunn Emergency Services, Inc. is currently accepting applications for the position of Paramedic / Firefighter. This is a 24 hour shift position. Qualifications
• Credentialed by the North Carolina Office of Emergency Medical Services as an Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic
• Possession of a valid Class B driver’s license issued by the State of North Carolina. Must meet and maintain minimum qualifications for position as established by the department.
• Basic Life Support, Healthcare Provider (CPR), or equivalent
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, or equivalent.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, or equivalent
• International Trauma Life Support, or equivalent
• Emergency Vehicle Driver certification, or equivalent
• Hazardous Material Awareness and Terrorism – Level I

Preferred Qualifications

• North Carolina Department of Insurance, Office of the State Fire Marshal Firefighter Level I & II certification.
• North Carolina Department of Insurance, Office of the State Fire Marshal Technical Rescuer Certification (VMR).

Starting Salary: Commensurate with Experience ($44,000 - $46,000).
