Commander Robert Poe called the meeting to order.
Welcome Commander Robert Poe
Roll call showed 22 Directors, Past Commander, Vice Commander, and Executive Director.
Minutes of previous Directors Meeting. Motion to approve, Bill Henderson; second David Stamey; motion carried.
None.

Motion Gary Whitman, Second David Stamey; motion carried.
Personnel Committee annual appointments: Kim Haddock.
Representative from Area 9-15: Debbie Poe
Director from Area 1-8: Jerry Bradshaw
Motion to Reappoint all by Gary Whitman, Second Bill Henderson; motion carried.
Directors Meetings for 2013: February 16-17, 2013, Goldsboro, NC & July 25-27, 2013, Greenville NC at the Annual Meeting, Motion Scott McCaskill, second Bill Henderson; motion carried.
Motion to re-appoint committee current committee chairs by Kevin Gordon, second Richard Caudill; motion carried.
Kevin Gordon Presented information from the NCSFA about the retirement program they have established and whether the NCAREMS would like to participate as there had been some organizations that have requested to join but were not members of the NCSFA. Motion for staff of NCAREMS to coordinate with NCSFA to make available to NCAREMS if possible, by Gary Whitman, second Scott McCaskill; motion carried.
Red Cross representative David Garrison has requested help in moving equipment trailers. Motion to find out more information about their request and report back to directors, by Scott McCaskill, second Bob Twomey; motion carried.
There being no further business. Motion to adjourn, Bill Henderson; second, Bob Twomey; motion carried.
