Meeting called to order by President Stephanie Lassiter.
Devotion and prayer by Vice President Betsy Prince.
Treasurer Report for 10/31/2019: $7,427.27.

We had a memorial for the members that had passed during the last year. By Vice President Betsy Prince, a candle was lit for each one. Melva Thompson ended the memorial by playing the song, I Want to Stroll Over Heaven With You.

Rollcall: Fremont 7; Tabor City 3. Two were Area Directors.

We have been making a Cancer Box each year. It was brought up to change the name from Cancer Box to Walda Talton Treat Box. She was an Auxiliary member and Area Director for years.

The box goes to a cancer center. This year it was taken by Lorrie Lancaster to Tidelin Cancer Center at Myrtle Beach. This is where Lorrie’s son, Zack, goes for his doctor appointments and treatments.

Motion was made by Lorrie Lancaster for us to have a blood drive next year. Seconded by Ronnie Warrick.

Things were changed this year because of the storm that hit in September. It was a one day event; everything went well.

It was discussion about associated members holding Officer position. The way our constitution is, you cannot. Lorrie Lancaster proposed in the Constitution Article 2, Section 1, and Article 4, Sections 1 and 2. Melva Thompson will speak to Joel Faircloth about this, and bring it back to Directors Meeting.

Lorrie Lancaster wants us to check on having a place for the children to play during our meeting. Maybe some blow up items. This was not voted on.

Ronnie Warrick and Mike Worley said to get your stuff in by deadline for Convention.

We had a great meal before the awards ceremony.

The way it stands now, we will be back in Beaufort for the next two years.
September 2020: 10th-12th; September 2021: 9th-11th. Mark these dates on you calendar.

report was printed out for each member to have copy. It went back to January 31,2014 .Balance July 29,2016 $7,741.07 Per Bank Statement..Lorrie Lanscaster made motion to accept the report and it was second.

President Stanley Welcome our new Auxiliary TRANSYLVNIA COUNTY. We all gave a thank you to Stephanie Lassister and Lorrie Lancaster for the nice face book web site and news letters.

President Stanley said we are starting new as of that day encouraged each one to forget past and move forward.All meeting will be recorded from now on.Sec. Melva Thompson ask if she could check on new recorder tape are hard to find for the old one. Motion made and 2nd for Melva to check on new one.and microphone .Melva was ask to speak with Joel Faircloth to see if they might have microphone in meeting room

Member of year Plaque was change to HAZEL LANCASTER AWARD and is being paid for by her family .Starting in 2017.

BY LAWS AND CONSTUTION revised September 9,2016 .Lorrie Lancaster to make new copies and get them out to Auxiliaries .Mr Faircloth will putt hem on Web site .He will also post minutes of meetings Auxiliary has.Will start scholarship back of $250.00 per year.You will only be entitle to it one time.

President Stanley appointed new Credentials Committee they are RONNIE WARRICK
CHAIRMEN ,MIKE WORLEY AND TIFFNEY BREAKFIELD. They will take care of all Judging nothing will be done by officers.Will send more information on them later.
President Stanley wants more auxiliaries to send in Scrapbooks only had one this year. President Stanley ask Melva Thompson to check on a auxiliary patch.

Ronnie Warrick held elections of officers to serve a two year term.They are
PRESIDENT-DONNA STANLEY, VICE PRESIDENT STEPEHANIE LASSISTER,
SECRETARY/TREASURER MELVA THOMPSON.

President had us all to join hands we had a closing prayer for auxiliary and members that were sick and unable to attend meeting .
We gave out door prizes and had small auction made $82.00
