I have a question for you. Does the NC Association of Rescue and EMS have a mandatory requirement regarding continuing education in order to maintain benefits and membership? I always thought that continuing education was a was a state requirement.

Thank you for the question. It is required that you have a minimum of 36 hours of training each year. Continuing education is required for EMT recertification for example the 36 hours of training could vary in topics so long as they are emergency service related.
