Commander Gary Whitman called the meeting to order.
Roll call showed 17 Directors present.
Commander Whitman advised we needed an executive session to discuss personnel matters. Motion by Terry Foxx; second Bill Henderson; motion carried. Motion to close executive session by Bill Henderson; second Herb Roberson; motion carried.
(1)Report from executive session that Deputy Executive Director Joe Burris had submitted a letter of resignation and it has been accepted.(2) Recommendation we hire an Administrative Assistant by Bill Henderson; second Scott McCaskill; montion carried. (3) Motion to refer the job discription to the Personnel Committee by Herb Roberson; second Scott Mcaskill; motion carried.

Motion to adjourn by Terry Foxx; second by Vince Stone; motion carried.
